Bees’ Wax Candles
The “humming” part of Humming Grove Farm is our bees. We plant and nurture high-yielding honey plants to support all kinds of pollinators and beneficial insects. We use bees’ wax to make fine candles, ranging in price from $5 for the smallest candles to $10 for the largest. Did you know that it takes about seven pounds of honey for bees to make one pound of wax?
